Ordered from website but charges are more than what is listed on website. Unable to speak with anyone and no one responds to emails regarding my issue.

Have reached out several times and only got an email saying my order has been shipped.

I made every attempt to cancel prior to anything being shipped to me. Do not purchase from them!!pick a company with actual customer service.

First I place one single order Feb 28 2026. I was very careful not to select recurring shipment.

And to confirm the total of 49.99.

Because when you check out they keep popping up with add on offers. I said no each time.

Then I got an email from uniuni (about the All Femme 2/28 order saying they couldn't deliver).Uniuni is a Miami freight company with a horrible reputation. They threw several customer packages over the front gate of our community instead if delivering them. Who does that?

Anyway...my next neighbor called March 13th.

He received a similar uniuni email saying they couldn't deliver his package. I told him I got the same email. And told him about uniuni slingling packages over a fence instead of actually delivering them. I told him I needed to investigate a uniuni order myself.

So imagine my surprise the next day to see another 49.99 charge from ALL Femme.

I never ordered anything else.

I looked up the Feb 28th order.. it was never received. Sure enough, it was the Uniuni order..that uniuni said couldn't be delivered. Now Uniuni said it "was sent to alternate location" .what location???

Uniuni said they were returning to the sender.

I never ordered anything else from all femme. ALL FEMME never sent an invoice ON MARCH 14TH nor an alleged bogus tracking like the first shipment. They do send numerous spam several times a day.

So I contested the first order that I never received and after posting, I disputed the second Fraudulent order.

I explained to ALL.Femme

1) I never signed up for recurring charges and

2) I certainly don't want to order more items from a firm that never delivered the product in the first place.amd

3) I would never need f

To reorder some two weeks after a four month order. It's like this company is going bat *** crazy with my credit card racking up unauthorized fraudulent charges.

So I #1 disputed.

#2 changed my virtual card so these fraudulent charges end and #3 locked my credit card.

Upon emailing all femme they made up a very tall tale that the 49.99 was a VIP membership and I had 12 months to log in and buy something.

No. I don't. You don't get to make up memberships ...not tell anyone and then make up programs for me to follow. It doesn't work that way.

Yeah and about the tracking from uniuni...they said to check neighbors for missed delivery.

No All Femme..

you allegely sent this shipment insured. You refund my money from Feb 28th and you go to uniuni and collect.

All femme keeps closing my emails saying they were already included in the first nonresponsive one

.

You don't get to tell me to check the neighbors when you select an unreliable shipper. My neighbors already KNOW not to use uniuni...and they would have brought me any misdirected mail that was actually delivered to the neighborhood.

And second you don't get to decide to continually charge my card period.

End of story.

I never entered a silly vip anything.

I'm sorry I ever tried your product and gave you the opportunity to be a vendor.

I will be following up with the Wyoming state attorney general.

I'm a Certified Fraud Examiner.

The fact there are other cases on pissed consumer is another indicator of fraud. Repeated intentional ["mistake"] action.

Avoid this disreputable firm.

Totally understand sometimes the timing or frequency of shipments just needs a little tweak. The good news is you dont have to cancel entirely to make things easier! We can adjust your delivery schedule so you only receive shipments every 2 or 3 months instead of monthly. This way, you wont be overstocked and can save money too .

Once you get product they automatically charge another 49.99 and said it’s credit for further orders. I don’t want any more orders but can’t bet the money back I never authorized them to take in the first place
